Position Summary
Reporting directly to the Vice President Product Development, the successful candidate will become a key member of the Deployment Team. You will be responsible for the creation will be responsible for the creation of web graphics, and the customization of the NanoGaming platform’s web pages and style sheets for a variety of browsers and platforms. Additionally, you will create in-game graphic content and animations for specific clients and their sponsors within the constructs of their brand identities. The successful candidate requires an excellent eye for design, a strong working knowledge of Photoshop, HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities
- Customize NanoGaming software for client-specific use (concept creation & implementation).
- Layout and create themes for NanoGaming software controls to meet client-specific needs.
- Maintain strong awareness of the NanoGaming platform’s capabilities, how to utilize them effectively and how to properly design within them.
- Support on-time launch of client deployments internally and with clients.
- Meet with LiveHive Business Development team to understand client needs, goals, features and brand strategies discussed throughout the sales process.
- Work with client and participate in the creative design portion of creating a client-specific NanoGaming theme.
- Create and apply client-specific themes to the NanoGaming software and supporting web pages.
- Work closely with LiveHive user experience designer to enhance player experience.
- Outline materials/assets needed for NanoGaming deployment.
- When required and feasible you will create the necessary assets for deploying a NanoGaming solution.
- Work with LiveHive engineering team to implement client-specific requirements and customizations.
- Customize NanoGaming software by working with existing web controls within the platform’s web pages. Work with LiveHive quality assurance team to test and verify configuration and functionality of client-specific deployment.
- Support system walkthroughs with client at various stages through the design & implementation processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years of web design experience.
- Creative design abilities, web layout abilities, usability knowledge.
- Experience designing and building websites and style sheets for a variety of browsers and platforms.
- Experience using HTML, CSS, and knowledge of JavaScript.
- Experience using Flash, Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Facebook applications, widgets, and other social networking sites would be a definite asset.
- A strong business acumen and customer focus.
- Attention to detail with strong multi-tasking abilities.
- The ability to work effectively with other people at all levels.
- An understanding of the sales process and customer expectations would be an asset.
- A passion for sports, entertainment, and emerging technologies is highly desirable.
- Strong English communication skills (facilitation, interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently.
- Ability to assess task progress against targets and take corrective action as needed to ensure goals are met.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
